Free Waltham Abbey from traffic gridlock

308 Signatures Goal: 1,000

The residents of Waltham Abbey and surrounding areas demand that Essex County Council, Epping Forest District Council and Waltham Abbey Town Council work together to alleviate the constant and worsening traffic crisis. This particularly relates to Abbey View and the Highbridge Street roundabout, and the need to re-phase the lights on Eleanor Cross Road.

Traffic light rephasing between the abbey and the cross needs amending. A roundabout at beaulieu drive would alleievate many problems. And the reverse in the evening with traffic from the cross back to the abbey. The whole road needs sorting.

Some police presence would be good from time to time...

Everything said is exactly word for word what I've been saying!!!
Well done for, not just moaning about the ridiculous situation, but actually doing something about it.
