Jill Farren Phelps needs to be fired as the executive producer of the young and the restless. She hasmade the show worse since she arrive. She has been making Carmine come after Michael and Lauren 3 times. This show has been nothing but manipulation and torturement. She doesn't care about the actors and actresses happiness she just wanted to ruin of whatever they have. She hasn't bring a lot of romance on the show. She has been dragging out the storylines for months. When Hilary was seeking revenge on the Winters family for months. Jillwas making Neil to forgive Hilary for the horrible things she has done. I think that is bad. Jill Farren Phelps has been focusing way too much on the past storylines and bringing the past storylines back to the show for a while. Jill Farren Phelps has destoryed the Summer paterity and making Sharon change the test results at the lab. She made to believe that Jack is the father of Summer which it isn't true. Nick is the father of Summer. Sharon destoryed the test results.Anytime when she puts a couple together for a while she always find a way to break them up. Jill was the one who killed off a young bright little girl name Delia and she made Adam to take the blame for the hit and run. We never get to see Delia face at the hospital after the accident. Adam didn't mean to hit Delia with his car but someone else was there that night. Billy was the one who left Delia in the car that night. Jill Farren Phelps has made the show very boring most of the time in the weeks. I don't like when Jill pair up Sharon with her ex-boyfriend Nicholas. Jill Farren Phelps has made Sharon character worse. Sharon was focusing on the past that she had with Faith. We would love to see a good executive producer that doesn't drag out the storylines for months and someone who cares about the actors and actresses about how they feel on the show. We would love to see happiness on the show. Jill can't come up with anything good on the show these days so please get rid of her.
