The city of Roswell is expected to allow food trucks in the city of Roswell. This will be detrimental to all businesses there. First, the parking in the downtown area is already overflowing, and inviting more congestion will only drive away the people who come into the area. Second, the food trucks will create unfair competition within the downtown area for all restaurants. It is impossible for other restaurants to bring their prices down to what a food truck's prices could be. This will not only hurt the city and it's accumulation of taxes from these restaurants but also the businesses there. Quality not quantity should be in this area. It's only one amendment away from a congested and tacky downtown attraction. Please sign the petition to stop food trucks from entering the city of Roswell, Ga.
