The lack of quality programming on television has an influence on the family values of society. Across the United States and even worldwide, the type of programming made available today often sends the wrong messages to younger viewers, as well as adults.
The ABC Network and The Walt Disney Company have brought back what we hope will be the return of good quality family programs by reintroducing "Little House On The Prairie" in a much more faithful version close to the writings of Laura Ingalls Wilder.
For over 75 years, the writings of Laura Ingalls Wilder have touched and educated the lives of people throughout the world. Her stories also portray the true heritage and beliefs, in which our United States was founded on.
It is with our hopes that both ABC and Disney will bring back these wonderful stories for the newer generations to enjoy and learn from.
We ask that the ABC Network and Disney include the new "Little House On The Prairie" series in the Fall 2005 line-up with regular episodes each week. You have our support as faithful viewers, and you will allow us to fall in love with the Ingalls family all over again, and help us to once again understand what family is really all about. |
