The arts society gave us a home and inspired a lot of ppl to get off the street and do something with their lives weather it be visual art or sound art thru DJing and turntablism... to see the city is shutting them down and not giving us anything back is betraying as all. So many ppl's lives were shaped by that space and the people involved to give the young adults something to do and somewhere to go. With all the other important peaceful societys being taken away from us..after you've taken away the peace...whats left?

Property Management certainly took its sweet time in arriving at this decision didn't they? LET THE CLUB CLOSE DOWN WITH SOME DIGNITY AT LEAST. There are many HRM residents for whom this club has provided a stage for their professional development as performing artists. That counts for a lot more than the petty expedience of HRM property managements repossession schedule. Just give us a break and let the club stay open another fortnight!
