| 1357 | Michelle | Martinez | IN | US | Please approve Domperidone for use in the US. If you suffered from Gastroparesis, you would want to have options too. I was recently diagnosed and am not responding well to Reglan. I see that there are not many options out there, and to have to resort to feeding tubes is a miserable thing for anyone to go through. Please help give hope to those of us who are struggling terribly with this plague of a disorder. Thank you. |

| 1364 | Anonymous | Anonymous | OH | US | I used this for increasing milk supply. I tried Reglan and it was HORRIBLE, caused great depression. Domperidone needs to be FDA approved. It has WAY fewer (none for me) side effects. Reglan should be the one they take off the FDA approval list! |

Please allow an easier compassionate use IND to occur for domperidone. We cannot find any doctors who are doing compassionate use IND for children. |

I get severe GI bleeds because acid backs up into my neo-esophagus (colon interposition) causing ulcers.
I am on a puree diet, lost 7 lbs in 3 months and don't have much more I can lose.
There is no reason why a positive resulting medicine like this should be unavailable in the most developed country in the world, yet Reglan with its proven side effects is still available.
4% of this country suffers from gastroparesis in some way shape or form, help those millions of people who need it! |
| 1372 | Sandra | Conley | OH | US | |

| 1389 | Sally | Dowling | | NZ | Hi from New Zealand, I recently had my 5th baby. All my children have been very large babies and very hungry to go with it. I was unable to breastfeed any of my 1st 4 children past 7 months. It wasnt till I had number 5 that my new midwife prescribed me domperidone to increase my milk supply. I have found it extremely helpful and would recommend it to anyone struggling to continue breastfeeding. I have had no side effects at all. It has helped me to enjoy feeding my daughter and encourages me to continue as long as I want. I really feel for those of you that it is not available to. |
